Shipping policy

Most orders will be shipped within 2-3 weeks of order payment being processed. 

We ship using a variety of shipping providers based on factors such as location we are shipping too, expedited/regular, and value based on price point for each individual orders needs, and reserve the right to select the Shipping partner we feel best suits those needs.  We are not responsible for delays in shipping, strikes, socio-political events, or natural or man-made disasters that may affect a Shipper’s ability to deliver the order once they have received it into their systems.  We do attempt to work with our customers to locate packages after shipping, or to assist with claims to the Shipper if a package is lost or damaged.

Average shipping times through our Shipping partners: (excluding stats and weekends)

5-7 business days within Canada

7-10 business days to the U.S.

15-30 business days for international/ overseas shipments

These estimated shipping times can not always be guaranteed and may vary on a case-by case basis. 

For international shipping, some government agencies may implement import duties or specialty fees to allow packages to cross their borders that are the responsibility of the receiving party.  Fees of that nature are regulated and determined by individual agencies and this information is not information we are able to inform you of ahead of time, as we are not made aware by regulatory agencies who manage imports into their respective countries.  Customers are responsible for paying any duties or customs fees in order for their packages to be released by those agencies.
